The person behind TIE
Meet Andrew.
I’m Andrew Patton, co-founder of The Idea Experience. My background includes Big Four accounting advisory and hands-on operations management in light manufacturing and distribution. I enjoy talking with owners and employees about thorny business problems, tracing how a process runs, and finding practical tools that make it faster, clearer, and more dependable.
I started TIE because many owners and managers are too involved in the daily demands of their business, and don’t have time to pursue operational improvements. I live in Wichita with my wife, two daughters, and a large, close-knit extended family. Outside of TIE, I enjoy reading, card games, playing golf badly, grilling, and hosting family gatherings.
